THE SPACE

The main level features a comfortable living room with an electric fireplace and Samsung Frame-style Smart TV, along with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space for enjoying meals together. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig, standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, and other everyday cooking essentials. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy the private hot tub, outdoor seating, gas grill, and surrounding views. The fenced backyard offers additional space to enjoy the outdoors and includes swings.

- SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - The home offers multiple sleeping areas spread across its different levels:

• Main-Level Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
• Main-Level Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
• Upstairs Bedroom/Loft – Queen bed
• Downstairs – Two twin bunk beds
• Kids' Area – Two small cots with a fun tent setup

**Please note that the two main-level bedrooms do not have televisions.**

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
